When will I receive my order?
For the current preorder period (September 6th - September 20th), fulfillment will begin in mid October. You will receive an email notifying you when the item has shipped that includes a tracking number.
Do you offer refunds?
I don't allow refunds, but if you have a problem with your order or are unhappy about what you received, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
Will you run leftover sales after the preorder period?
Yes, the store will reopen during the fulfillment period for leftover sales, but in very limited quantities until stock runs out.
I missed the preorder period AND the leftover sales period - will you rerun these in the future/ how can I still buy the products?
I usually only run products for a specific series only ONCE online. Unless I decide to pursue another Hikaru-based project in the future (no plans as of yet), the only way to buy my TSHD products going forward is to catch me at an in-person event/convention!
Will you ever offer [a different product from your catalog] online?
My online store drops are periodic and themed, so it's unlikely I will ever offer my catalog in its entirety online. Catch me at an in-person event/convention to peruse all my goods!
